Areas & Dimensions
The 1817square meters (nett) of space consists of click
modular shell scheme stands ranging from six square meters upwards.
Included in the provision of the shell scheme are grey loop nylon
fabric wall panels, light grey carpet tiles, individual fascia
boards with name and stand number, spotlights and power points
according to the size of the stand booked. There is provision for
20% movement of the shell scheme, excluding the perimeter walls.
Height - 3m (majority) see plans for small area that has minimum
ladder rack clearance of 2.52m.
Doors & Access
Goods access: Outer doors 3.66m wide x 2.36m high. Inner doors
3.45m x 2.6m high.
Services
Electricity: 2 x 100 amp 3 phase 240/415 volt 50 Hz busbar
systems down full length of hall. Gas, water/waste, compressed air
and telecoms/ISDN are all available.
Floor & Wall Coverings
Floor: mottled tiled finish to all gangways, carpet tiles to
exhibition stand areas. Walls: plaster finish to walls in magnolia,
grey loop nylon finish to all columns. Floor
Loadings: 10 kilonewtons per sq metre, uniformly distributed.
Sound
Hall Q is served by a site wide public address system.
Lighting
Artificial lighting from numerous fluorescent lights.
Heating & Ventilation
Linear diffusers distribute conditioned air to provide uniform
coverage.
