in-house I.T. Team can supply you with all your I.T. needs. From a
single broadband connection to the most complicated I.T. and
communications solutions they have all the answers.
To help you stay in touch we can offer a full
range of voice and data services and our modern resilient network
and permanently cabled conference centre means we can cater for any
event.
Delegates and visitors can access the internet using
their WiFi equipped laptop or PDA through a wireless network
installed in Harrogate International Centre's catering areas,
foyers of the main auditorium and the exhibition halls. To use this
facility purchase one of our WiFi vouchers. There are
three voucher types and the 'standard' voucher allows 60 minutes
access. You choose when you want to use
your minutes and any unused time can be carried over to your next
visit. We also have daily and weekly
vouchers that are designed to provide always-on connections for the
life of the voucher. Prices for the
vouchers are:
- £4/hour
- £60/day
- £160/week
By continually investing in the I.T. infrastructure we can
offer high performance networks that meet all your needs with full
technical support throughout your event.
We offer full I.T. support and configuration and our network
services throughout the site use a 100mb Cisco equipped switched
network. This allows organisers to build 'virtual' networks to meet
their event requirements including:
- Registration systems
- Administration and back office systems
- Web casting
- Remote access to corporate
networks
We can also supply PCs, laptops, printers and plasma
hire. The I.T. Team can install an Internet
Café on the Mezzanine Level of the Conference Centre foyers
using custom workstations and PCs. The maximum number of
workstations is 18 including up to 4 on the Level 5 Foyer for
wheelchair access.
